Särna - Kakuåsen

This step has as main ingredient the forest, which will perhaps allow lucky to see an elk. The tracks keep coming, we must be cautious, attention is alert, you must anticipate and not to speeding.

The check point is reached by all participants.. It is a small paradise in the middle of nowhere: Kakuåsen. Situated on a lake with a cabin and a fire pit camp. A kind of small peninsula was fitted with two saunas. The Swedes have already prepared and the two small chimneys smoke. Unfortunately the rain invites, it's 6 pm. A Swedish old man told us that the rain will stop at eight o'clock before the downpour we are skeptical and anxious because tonight we organize a buffet meeting with Francophiles. It's 7.15 pm and the rain stops! We will deliver more involved speak Swedish!

Salami, tapenade and Camembert have brought joy to everyone.
Saunas have worked to the end of the night, we must say that we approach the Arctic Circle and the days continue to grow, the sun disappears around 11 pm, but the orange light of sunset that never ceases, lights up the night until dawn.
